includes registrations, testing drivers, issuing driver’s licenses and updating license data.
III. Handling of Traffic Violation Fines：
We dosincerely hope that you Will never come to HSMV just only for paying fines. However, if it is necessary, We offer some alternatives, etc. Fines may also be paid by postal transfer, credit card or via a telephone transfer of founds from a financial service card. ﹙Trying to dial the number 412-1111, and continue it with 168#.﹚
IV. Promotion of Traffic Safety：
Those who are younger than 18 years-old driving motorcycles or verchicals violating traffic regulations will be informed to attend classes on traffic Safety with their parents or supervisors on duty.
